Emmas post reminded me, that there are still a few apartments left in La Recoleta II.

I just went through the list and I spotted a 2 bed 2 bath ground floor apartment with a total constructed area of 113 sqm that is on at 207.000€ (excl. IVA)

Also I saw a 2 bed 1 bath apartment on the 3rd floor with a total constructed area of 86 sqm that is on at 201.500 € (excl. IVA)

These are deals, that cannot be ignored. I have the impression, that since the newest phase PARQUE DE LA RECOLETA has been launched, one tends to forget about the little gems that are still left or deals that did not complete…

I have just come back from Recoleta 2 and I was stunned, I have not been down there since it was under construction. I was surprised how quiet it was, although most of the apartments are inhabited now.

The beautiful landscaping really helps in keeping the noise levels down, I also liked the decking by the pool.

Pictures La Recoleta 2

Hello, this is Sandra from the Bennecke graphic design department. I am currently uploading many New Built and Key Ready properties to the Bennecke webpage. Have a look at the golf properties on the La Finca Golf course, they are good value for money, starting from 131.200 € (sin IVA). This Golfcourse has really stunning views over the mountains and is not far away from the beautiful Guardamar beaches.
