Participaron los 22 Departamentos de la Comunidad Valenciana más el Hospital Provincial de Castellón.
Recientemente se han hecho públicos los resultados del último Informe Ejecutivo de Calidad de Atención al Paciente 2007, realizado por la Agencia Valenciana de Salud, que posiciona a Torrevieja como el primero entre los Departamentos de Salud de la Comunidad Valenciana; con un índice medio que supera el 98%, teniendo en cuenta datos de Satisfacción, Percepción de Mejoras, Información, Accesibilidad y Confortabilidad de los pacientes.
En el 2007 y como cada año, la Agencia Valenciana de Salud (AVS), realizó encuestas en todos los departamentos de salud de la comunidad para la elaboración de un Informe de Calidad de Atención al Paciente; por primera vez, desde su apertura en octubre del 2006, pudo participar el Hospital de Torrevieja obteniendo los mejores resultados, que le posicionan en primer lugar con respecto a los centros encuestados.
Torrevieja alcanza un 100% en Satisfacción, Confortabilidad y Accesibilidad
Los cuestionarios anónimos realizados a los pacientes y elaborados por la AVS, están constituidos por cerca de 20 preguntas adaptadas a cada una de las áreas de la que se solicita información (cirugía con y sin ingreso, medicina, consultas externas, obstetricia, urgencias, SAIP, pediatría y atención ambulatoria).
98,28%: La mejor media de la Comunidad Valenciana:
Tras contabilizar las encuestas de índices de calidad, según estándares fijados por la AVS, los resultados obtenidos por el Hospital de Torrevieja fueron positivos en un 100% respecto del Balance de Satisfacción o nivel de satisfacción global con las atenciones sanitarias recibidas por los pacientes. Por otro lado, la Percepción de Mejoras (“en términos generales ¿cree usted que el hospital ha mejorado?”), ha conseguido un 89,63%.
También se midió en este informe la Calidad de la Información recibida por los pacientes tras ser asistidos en las áreas antes mencionadas (con preguntas del tipo: “cuándo ingresó le explicaron las normas generales del hospital, si tuvo información sobre lo que debía hacer en casa tras el alta o si ha sido objeto del consentimiento informado”); por lo cual se obtuvo un 99,47% de valoración sobre 100.
Respecto de Confortabilidad y Accesibilidad, el Hospital de Torrevieja obtuvo en ambos casos una puntuación de 100 sobre 100. Todos estos datos, establecen una media global de calidad que asciende a un 98,28%, siento el mejor resultado de los 23 centros evaluados, donde el menos favorecido obtuvo una media del 40%.

На имя владельца оформляется купчая, или Escritura Publica, а затем недвижимость регистрируется в Реестре собственности (Registro de Propiedad).
После того, как покупатель принимает окончательное решение о покупке недвижимости, между ним и компанией BENNECKE составляется контракт купли-продажи, в котором указываются условия и форма оплаты.
При подписании контракта покупатель вносит задаток в сумме 3.000 евро, и с этого момента объект снимается с продажи и резервируется. Затем в течение 7-10 дней необходимо оплатить 10% от стоимости недвижимости. Сразу же после подписания контракта покупатель получает в местном отделении полиции идентификационный номер иностранца (N.I.E.). Это регистрационный номер, присваиваемый иностранцу, желающему реализовать на территории Испании какую-либо финансовую операцию
(например, покупку недвижимости) или задействованному в каком-либо юридическом процессе, но не являющемуся резидентом Испании. После этого приблизительно в течение месяца готовится главный официальный документ сделки - Escritura Publica,
или просто Эскритура.
Оставшаяся сумма вносится при подписании продавцом и покупателем Эскритуры в
Нотариальной конторе в присутствии нотариуса. С этого момента покупатель становится полноправным владельцем недвижимого имущества. В Эскритуру по желанию
может быть внесено имя не только одного владельца, но и всей семьи.
Новому владельцу выдается Нотариальная Простая Копия Купчей, а оригинал Купчей
(Эскритуры) направляется в Реестр собственности для регистрации объекта.
Процесс регистрации обычно длится около трех месяцев, после чего покупатель получает
на руки зарегистрированный оригинал Эскритуры и сертификат (Nota Simple), на основании которого все собственники имеют право на годовую мультивизу, дающую право на пребывание в любой из стран Шенгенского Договора в течение 180 дней в году.
Our Aftersales - Team Emma and Noelia are always working hard to help our clients with all their concerns and questions. They hardly ever get credit for it, it is just what they do. I think sometimes we take all their efforts too much for granted. I share an office with them, so I can see on a daily basis how hard they have to work to sort out mortgages, arrange hotels, car rentals, insurances, notary appointments and so on. All that in up to 4 different languages. Often they are under a lot of stress but I have never known them to let it show infront of clients. Emma for example is the most helpful and patient person I know. I could never do her job. So every now and then it is nice to get a little credit. Yesterday evening a client, that bought in La Recoleta II left her a big bunch of flowers, a card and a bag full of chocolates just to say thank you. For us at BENNECKE that means, that we have achieved our primary aim: complete customer satisfaction.
